Overview for our sodium fluoride coarse factory
Technical principle for sodium fluoride coarse
- Fluorosilicic acid reacts with sodium sulfate (or sodium chloride) to produce sodium fluorosilicate and dilute sulfuric acid (or dilute hydrochloric acid):
H2SiF6 + Na2SO4 → Na2SiF6↓+ H2SO4
Or: H2SiF6 + 2NaCl → Na2SiF6↓+ 2HCl - Sodium silicofluoride reacts with sodium carbonate to generate sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide:
Na2SiF6 + 2Na2CO3 → 6NaF + SiO2 + 2CO2 - Separate sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide, wash and dry them separately, then produce sodium fluoride coarse and silicon dioxide products.
